Human resources intern - Training and skills development

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Human Resources manager, the intern will be in charge of finalizing the implementation of the behavioral and technical skills development project. He / she will be primarily responsible for coordinating the development of technical and behavioral skills development activities of employees based on strategic and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the deployment of activities of the skills development project;

- Plan and lead evaluation meetings with the management team;

- Provide support in identifying objectives and training recommendations;

- List and analyze behavioral gaps and complete behavioral skills matrices;

- Propose a global development plan according to the organization’s training needs requirements;

- Analyze job positions with managers and key holders to identify required technical skills;

- Develop technical skills matrices and propose evaluation tools;

- Update current skills matrix – Machine versatility by department

Job qualifications

- University student : Bachelor or certificate in Human resources management;
- Must have successfully completed one or more courses related to organizational behavior and/or fundamentals in training and development;
- BIlingual: French and English;
- Able to work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate availability, resourcefulness and autonomy

Working conditions :
- Paid internship of three (3) to six (6) months;
- Full time from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00;
- Manufacturing environment
