Job Description

We are currently seeking a front desk receptionist for a full time contract position covering a Maternity leave until September 2020 ( with possibility to become permanent). The incumbent will be primarily responsible for welcoming visitors, redirecting phone calls and perform data entry.


  • Greet visitors and redirect them to the appropriate person;
  • Answer phone calls: Transfer line, locate through intercom, take messages, etc;
  • Manage the availability of conference rooms;
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing of mail and delivery slips;
  • Perform accounts payable tasks: Scan invoices, enter data into our system; answer general information queries etc.;
  • Order office supplies;

Job qualifications

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Must be perfectly bilingual: French and English (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of MS Office ( Word/excel/outlook);
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Demonstrate professionalism;
