Electromechanical Technician
Job Description
Under the responsibility of the head of the maintenance department, the electromechanical technician must ensure the maintenance, calibration and repairs of the production equipment. He will be responsible for ensuring the proper and safe operation of the machines.
Responsibilities
- Perform the maintenance according to the activities expected for the preventive, corrective and planned maintenance plan;
- Verify equipment operations, perform tests and determine the cause of breakdowns;
- Adjust the machines, verify the wear of parts and repair or replace the defective parts;
- Clean, lubricate, inspect and ensure equipment maintenance.
Job qualifications
- Technical training related to industrial maintenance of production equipment;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of electricity (Asset).
