Millwright
Job Description
Under the responsibility of the head of the maintenance department, the millwright must ensure the maintenance, calibration and repairs of the production equipment. He will be responsible for ensuring the proper and safe operation of the machines.
Responsibilities
- Verify equipment operations, perform tests and determine the cause of breakdowns;
- Adjust the machines, verify the wear of parts and repair or replace the defective parts;
- Clean, lubricate, inspect and ensure equipment maintenance;
- Develop and implement systems, procedures or processes to control instrument's maintenance or to optimize maintenance.
Job qualifications
- Technical training related to industrial maintenance of production equipment;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Knowledge of electricity (Asset).
Education
Relevant training and experience related to industrial maintenance of production equipment.
